This session is an opportunity to reflect on and learn more about the value that “end-of-life planning” can bring to you, your work, and those who are affiliated with your organization/s. What Matters is an advance care planning program--a person-centered approach to helping individuals and families identify and express their values, goals, and wishes around healthcare decision-making to select a healthcare proxy, and to consider these issues in light of Jewish wisdom and practice.
